"Went to this shop 3 times in the last week with 2 different cars. The service gets a 5 star cause, generally speaking, they can get you in and out of there relatively quickly, even when they are busy. However, the customer service gets a 2 because the guy who always takes the money, presumably the owner, has never once said "thank you" to me."

"Went in Tuesday for a wheel Alignment it was a car in front of me. I didn’t have time to wait. I talk to a worker and told him I needed a alignment, he asked have had any work done. I told him I had the whole front suspension did. He told he could do it but he had one ahead of me. So I told him I would be back in the morning, I went back this and this lazy worker says he doesn’t have the equipment to do it. I feel like he just didn’t want to do his job when I just was there yesterday and was told it can be done. This is whypeople go outside the city for service they should be able to get in the city terrible."
