"Fair and honest! Every issue I've ever needed resolved with a vehicle I've owned, had been fixed with no complaints. They will fix what you needed done and also inform you of other maintenance that is needed at a later time. They've tried to "save me money" (their words) by doing the necessary work and saying bring it back later in the year for other problems they've discovered, and I've had to tell them I don't mind spending whatever I have to spend to make sure everything is taken care of. For someone who might not be in a good financial state at the time it's a blessing and they offer payment plans as well. You'll leave knowing what was wrong, what they fixed, and what you'll need fixed going forward. I recommend anyone asking for a mechanic to Redford auto."
"I went to this place by Tubby's on right mile to see why my oil was spilling out and instead of the man telling me the truth. He wanted to charge me $650 for something so minor as putting a ring on the cap to stop the oil from spilling!!!!"
"My mom car broke down and I towed it in for services .. I thought they would have her car for a week or so which would’ve helped me prepare financially to get her car out . They called two days later like your vehicle is ready .. there services are quick , polite and very professional .. I explained to them that I didn’t have the money for like 2 weeks they said no problem they were patient and kind waited with no additional cost once mom got the car back you should’ve seen the smile on her face that alone is priceless I would recommend a everyone to bring there vehicle in for services . They are true professionals definite 5 star."

"They don't deserve any stars. My abs light came on, they told me I needed brakes all around including roters and a bunch of other things. Told me my brakes had 40 ,000 miles on them but I don't even have 5, 000 on them. Then they said 20,000. Showed me estimate scribble on paper over $1,800. I took car to dealer and paid under $600. Crooks!!!"
