"Paid $100 for them to go out and check my appliances through my home warranty. The guy refused to take a good look or go back to the house because he saw some bugs. They definitely shouldn't be working in this industry and I shouldn't have been charged. They also never communicated this to me, I was waiting a month for the coverage approval before I finally tracked them down and got answers. Waste of time and money."
