"My Cadillac truck was towed to Redford Auto. It wouldn't start. The fog light and signal light would not go off which kept draining my battery. I got to their shop to talk to the man in charge. He was very busy with other customers but he took the time to explain to me that once he find out what's going on with my car, he would call me. I was skeptical about leaving my Cadillac Escalade. He had it towed to one of their other shops so that they could figure out what the problem was. A couple days later he calls me and said the remotes needed to be program and that my car was ready for pick up. I haven't had any problems with it since. He was very professional. They took good care of me. I would recommended Redford Auto . They are great!!"
