"We appreciated their selection, the ability to leave the store with an item or get it delivered same day and no sales taxes. Though ultimately, we didn’t make a purchase because they were going to sell us an used refrigerator that was manufactured in 2012 for $900 and wouldn’t negotiate the price. As much as most items are priced here, you can get something brand new, brand name and manufactured within the last five years, which we thankfully did (new Frigidaire Gallery 2023) and came in under $900."
"Tech was respectful but not helpful. Office does a bad job of explaining which products they can work on. They only cared about collecting their $99 service call fee. Would not suggest them or use again."
