"Lenox Plumbing did an excellent job replacing our hot water heater. It started leaking late at night and someone came out within 20 minutes to assess the situation. They stopped the immediate leaking and then sent someone out the next morning to replace the entire appliance. Very courteous and efficient."
"Firstly, I'll lead with plumbing is expensive. With that being said, you also in many cases get what you pay for so if you're looking for a "Cheap Plumber" they don't seem to run that kind of business. I called, and was given an appointment next day as they had a cancelation which worked out great for me. The plumber arrived precisely at 1pm(given a 1-3pm window), and gave notice when they were on their way and received a picture with the plumber and his name. Got cost estimate (which hurt) for 2 different issues in about 5 minutes. The work was performed and completed in about 1.5 hours total with cleanup. The plumber did not leave a mess, was courteous, professional, and straightforward. He even educated me a little bit. The job looks very well done, as you'd expect from a professional. If I needed to hire a plumber again, my wife and I would be calling them first if it's another job I couldn't do myself."

"Great company to deal with. Had a burst pipe in our master bathroom, and Lenox was able to come out the same day I called (a Saturday). Other companies I contacted had 2 to 3 day wait times. Of course there was an additional charge for a same day/weekend visit (which we expected), but they were up front about it, and we were happy to pay it for such quick service. Our plumber Pat did a great job. We would definitely use Lenox again."
"Had an all around great experience with Lenox Plumbing, from the great and helpful office managers, to Brian and the estimate process, to Matt who was a fantastic plumber and all around good person. I have an old house with lots of old kind of messed up things in the basement. Matt busted the concrete around the rusted iron pipe, replaced it and poured new concrete. And he put in a new utility sink, modernized and organized the copper water pipes feeding the sink and the washing machine. Great customer service from good people. Highly recommend!"
