Her mechanics Mo and Jo walked to the Bob Evans to help me get into my car and then quickly fixed the issue I was having with my lock. It was a team effort & they worked together great. "Sarah and the mechanic that worked on my car were amazing. Very honest and patient in communicating with me and taking my questions/concerns seriously (I have a manual car so I’m very picky about making sure the person driving it has plenty of experience in driving those). They even did an alignment after telling me I needed one (we didn’t talk about that when I called but they had availability right then) and were just amazing overall. They gave me pricing upfront and also the estimated time (worst and best case). 100% would go there again"
