"I have been using this oil change shop for many years. For the most part I would describe this location as not the worse but certainly not the best. Today I was left with a bad feeling when tvs no longer work to watch your oil change be performed but what really got me was that they don’t even own a grease gun to lube chassis. I was thrown back when they told me no one ask for it anymore so they don’t do it. I called a couple other places and they said absolutely lubing the zerk fittings were part of the oil change. So now I have a fresh oil change but I need to take my car somewhere else to finish the job."

"Just got full Synthetic oil change for my van at Canton Center Road in Canton MI location. Rude behavior of working crew when requested to apply available coupon. I called to price check before physically going to the place. They told me lower price over the phone and promised to find a coupon to reduce price further for the full synthetic oil change. Crew did no communication about the service. Charged me full price and in the end gave me complementary $5 off. No windshield cleaning service, I don't know they checked any other fluids or not. For next oil change mileage they game me O'reily auto parts sticker. Which is absolutely wrong to use other shops name. Bad bad experience from this so called cheap pricing place. I will never visit them ever again. They lost me as a customer."

"I took advantage of the Groupon on Synthetic Blend Oil. I was feeling leery because first I'm a woman and car shops are notorious for trying to take advantage of us. Then two, I read some of the poor reviews. It was after I bought the Groupon so I went on to the shop. The guys truly took their time explaining the process. They showed me the dip stick before and after. They also topped off all of my fluids. Offered me a punch card. The manager even let me know that if I need additional top offs it's free of charge. He said I can come in anytime. They even helped me reset my oil indicator light. What a wonderful first time experience! I will definitely be back again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"We entered Fast Lane Quick Lube for an oil change and left on a flatbed wrecker. The attendant drained our transmission fluid instead of our oil. He then double filled our oil and sent us on our way. Our car entered traffic lurching and hardly moving. We got back to the quick lube and the manager figured out what the technician had done. The manager then stripped the fill plug for our transmission in an attempt to refill it. We had the car removed and taken to the dealership for repair. After repairs were completed we took our bills to Fast Lane and they refused to pay the entire amount. We asked to speak to the owner as the manager said he didn't have the authority to make decisions. The name of the owner was never provided to us. We have no choice now but to settle this in court."
