"$70.00 for just an oil change “because of Covid”. Yeah OK so less than a mile away I got it for $50.00. Is that because Covid didn’t hit there or because they’re not price gouging criminals who squeeze and take advantage of people?"
"I brought my car in earlier because I thought I had a flat. The wait time was long but shorter than other shops in the vicinity. They actually ended up taking my car in sooner than estimated and told us we didn’t have a flat (turns out the air pump at the gas station took air from the tire). They put air in the tires for us and didn’t charge despite them being really busy. We appreciate their honesty and attention and would take our car there again."
"Been coming here for oil changes and tire rotations on my Escape for a few oil changes now. Erin was very kind on the phone and in person. I can't remember the other guys name that was at reception today (sorry!) but it was nice to chat with him a bit too and he was helpful with a couple questions I had. Osman is very helpful too. Overall, they are very polite and honest, they get me in and out relatively quickly. Very clean lobby and bathrooms."
