"Be aware, do not go there this is a bad business went there to get a battery replaced end up making the situation worse after two weeks of cat mouse games, many times not even being at the store and waiting on him. I ended up taking my phone to a different place which they tell me he destroyed the phone. He is not capable of repairing phones, made me pay upfront, which is stupid on my part and giving it to him. no picture how I got my phone back from him. note, my phone was in pristine condition when I gave it to him."

"I feel like a fool and this review is partially my fault, but I called for pricing for a new screen. Price was fine. Says store opens at 10am. I get there after 10. No one there, told me he was running late. No biggie. Drop the phone off, around 2, come back around 5, He was finishing up, was about to leave, and I had no signal. I tell him about it. Tells me I need a new antenna should be here in a couple days. I go back a couple days later, I arrive at 11. Nobody there!! I go back around 12:30. Drop the phone off. Come back around 5 to pick it up. everything looks okay. Told me he put a glass screen protector on for my troubles. I get home and the front facing camera isnt center and blurry. I figured maybe its the screen protector. I started to peel off what I though was the protector, but was the actual screen!! I feel fooled.... Now my screen is broke again and I'm out $280, and time. Dont waste either! Nice guy, but WTH!!"

"This company was fast and knowledgeable. Great customer service experience. Starting a new business and I need my I pad fix. Want to Apple because I thought They were the experts at fixing their own products. Apple told me that I should throw it away and get rid of it due to how old the model was and it wouldn’t be worth fixing and try to upsell me on another computer. As a Last resort I use the phone repair in Canton and immediately they told me that this was definitely repairable and I could have it back the same day I was very pleased with their service in their expertise of the products I definitely recommend them and definitely will be visiting them in the future."
