"Terrible! Rude and terrible customer service. Do not go to them. The owner Mike Sardelli is disrespectful and will tell you things like “what country are you from? You’re ridiculous” I’m from America buddy lol. Very racist. I’m trying to have a conversation with him on the pricing and you can’t even get a word in with this guy. Worst experience I’ve had. Never hiring this place again!"

"My pool pump died. I called sardelli and was told Mike Sardelli himself would be calling me. And he sure did. What a pompous and abrasive guy. Tried telling me (sight unseen) that my filter was undersized and so was my pump. Mind you, it’s been working this pool for 10+ years with perfect chemistry and crystal clear water. He quoted me $3200 for a pump that would be total over kill. At one point I was asking questions and he interrupted me with “LISTEN, I’m the guru, I’ve been doing this for blah blah years…” talking to me like he’s Tony Soprano or something. Bottom line. Guy is an a$$*ole and I’m surprised he still has a company to run if this is how he treats people. I have now moved my opening, closing and all other business to a better option that treats their clients well."

"Sardelli Pools is professional, timely and efficient! My pool was gutted and refurbished within a period of three weeks!! Mike and Zora Sardelli are awesome - they made sure we were completely satisfied! Additionally, we purchased the entire Pentair system and pool cleaner (robot) through Sardelli pools and couldn’t be happier - I am able to maintain the pool myself without a weekly service; and the system is so much quieter and energy efficient, compared to my last system! Sardelli Pools is where I will get all my pool supplies and services from this point on!"

"We had our pool installed by Sardelli in the fall of 2019, with last year being the first year that we had it open. We had a great experience with Mike and his team. Mike is very knowledgeable and this can come across as condescending at times, but I can tell you that he means well and wants the best for his clients. Do not be turned away by the other reviews if you want a high quality pool with the best Pentair equipment. All of my friends that have pools are jealous of the efficiency and ease of use of the new equipment. I’m sure it will be tough to get on the schedule for a new pool build, but it is worth the wait. We buy all of our supplies from Sardelli too, and we are very satisfied with the quality and selection."
