"I used to go to the Warren community center all the time, And I used to rave about this place. I used to live in Warren. My family still does but Now that I don’t live there anymore, they no longer welcome non-residential guests. my family refuses to go without me. I remember all the special memories I’ve made here there’s not a lot of hot tubs in the area and I love relaxing in the hot tub. It is my ideal way of relaxing and winding down and of course they had to take that away from us, how greedy and disappointing. Imagine if us nurses in the hospital turned patients away bc they aren't residential. Grow up."
"It is not clear on their site that only Warren and Sterling Heights residents are welcomed! They denied me and my two toddler boys entry, the supervisor said proudly that she already turned away 10 people so far that day (it was only 12 noon) she doesn’t make any exceptions! Luckily on my way out, a nice girl added me and my kids as her guests which allowed us to enter for $5 each since she was a Warren resident with a membership. Management, I know yall reading these reviews. Ya’ll gotta get it together cuz it’s way too many other communities to choose from not far from Warren, WE DON’T NEED YA’LL, YA’LL NEED US. Ya’ll practice is bad for business."
"⚠️ Rating for their staff service. Only Warren & Sterling Heights residents can use the center‼️ wanted to visit the waterpark, me and my two children were turned away. Considering our almost 30 minute drive, I requested the supervisor to accommodate, she said proudly “we have turned away 10 other people today so far today, if I do it for you then I have to do it for them”. As I walked out disappointed, kids sad, this kind woman walking in allowed us to enter with her as her guests, since she had a membership, she is allowed non-Warren residents to come in with her, we paid $5 each as a guest to use the waterpark. The facility itself is very nice, clean and spacious. My children enjoyed their time."
