"This is an honest review, this place is mid. Not good not bad it’s just mid. Nice staff, regular equipment lively members. News a new cables machine which is always broken and they need to clean the locker rooms more definitely. Been going here for 2 years now because it’s the closest to my house and I don’t plan on stopping."
"Great Front Desk Staff !! Joe , Ray , Eden , Natasha Great job. I got all of thier names because I feel they deserve recognition for giving me the most pleasant visit I’ve ever had. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable when I had an issue with opening a stuck locker. A bad situation turned into laughs and smiles thanks to them !! Great job guys. This is why I will continue to come to The Mound Location."
"The club is filthy inside and out. Once upon a time they opened at 7:00 a.m. on Saturdays and now you can't even get staff members to show up at 8:00 to open the doors half the time. One time there was 4 staff members goofing off in the front desk and not a single one was outside with a garbage bag and a set of gloves to pick up the trash in the landscaping. The equipment is in poor shape and when things are broken it takes them forever to fix it. For the kind of money LA fitness is charging they need to do better."
"I am a new member at LA Fitness I love this location it's clean and maintained. One thing that I observed was Joe the manager Joe is a true professional in every sense of the word. He is a natural at customer service. His interaction shows he loves his job. He is very attentive to members that comes in the door. And he makes sure that people are verifying their membership. Good mangers are great communicators, active listeners and amazing supporters. From what I observed Joe is not only a manager but an effective manager please acknowledge this manager Joe performance Also Whitney is a great customer service representative as well I receiv"
"Currently a new member through LA Fitness and this location has been an amazing experience so far to the resources of different equipment, pool, nutrition, sauna and more. Joe the GM has personally made it easier for me to become a member, and has personally helped me with fitness training tips and nutrition use. LA Fitness is a great place to work out if you’re looking for a new gym."
