"From Paul to his family owned business for well over 25yrs of believing in yourself and succeeding. It's so nice to visit the store and ask about any problems u might come across. Dominic is like a walking dictionary and a perfect person for his position. I get great advice from actually everyone there but Dominic n his Dad Paul are so so knowledgeable n will break it down to "laymens terms" lol. I won't go anywhere else for ANY products and Dominic got me to switch my Ferts and....WOW, What a difference. My ladies look so great.. "My husband and I have been coming into the store on a regular basis for about a year now. From the first time we went in there, we were treated well, like we were already long time customers. It is a family-owned business, not a chain place, and they have been in business for well over a decade. They are kind to their regular customers, and I have gotten several gifts from them, at least once when i did not purchase anything, I only went in to ask a question.(no need to spend hundreds! they appreciate and reward loyalty) They have a wide selection of plant nutrients, both big-name brands, and smaller companies. they carry specialty nutrient items, and if they don't have it they will help you find what you need, or point you to something as good as or better. they have saved me money several times, with their suggestions. They are even kind to my son when i bring him in, and answer any questions he has about his experimental garden in the back. all in all, I would say this is a great company, and worth stopping by to check out if you always go to another chain place. and they love my service dog :)"

"K.I.G is one of the first around. Not a chain that will tell you anything, to sell you what you don't need. Also they have a WAY better knowledge of product lines. None of these other shops I've visited had the in depth knowledge, or experience these guys have. And their prices are absolutely some of best I've seen. I pass another local owned grow store to shop at K.I.G. And I don't drive! It's that important to me. These guys put in a lot of work. And it's very evident to the discerning grower. These guys have gone beyond normal service for me. And I have never spent hundreds at once there, to comment on another review.I am very grateful for K.I.G, and will continue to pass one shop on foot, to shop there. Thanks guys. "Owner is very experienced but not pushy, went in to get great white and he suggested I was wasting product using it in soil. stayed with my choice and not a word was said :) plenty of selection and I saved $42 on a $225 purchase. Not to mention the bag a freebies I got (maybe because it was 4/20) and a free t-shirt. would recommend anytime. :)~"
