"My husband and I go to Oasis at least once a month. It has been great for my health as well as provided fun dates, and we have yet to be disappointed. Everyone is so friendly, facilities are always clean, and the themed hot tub rooms are so fun! Shout out to Tristan, our favorite employee!!"

"Prefer am to pm visits in the am they are more attentive and in the pm seem like they just wana rush u outta there.good news is we were able to get our room a lil early so we were able to enjoy it. Maybe make sure your late evening customers are taken care of instead of just rushed thru. I didn't get any offers for room stuff just if I wanted to add anything on its in the thing behind the staff and my total and sign this paper that's pretty much all I got told when walking up yet the next client got the run down of scents and things they can add on. Maybe they just don't care about the people who are "newer" as this is my 2nd visit but my 1st time going in for myself and my husband's 1st time. It's beautiful but make sure to bring a camera scanner cuz they are the ones on the news for cameras in a room"

"I was disappointed when I drove 40 minutes in the bad weather to make it on time for my appointment and they told me it was for tomorrow, not today. It was not a mistake on my end. I understand mistakes happen, I work in a office. They rescheduled us for a later time that evening, which would change the price from $63 to $90, I asked them if they could honor the $63 price and they rejected it."

"Just amazing. Took my hubby here on sweetest day for our first time and we loved it! I think it’s such a neat idea to be able to reserve a hot tub for a certain amount of time. It’s the perfect place to go to to wind down after exploring around Ann Arbor. Had Bluetooth speakers so we could add our own music. Here in the pic I have the Japan style since we’ve always wanted to visit there one day. I will say it was very hard to pick which theme I wanted, all of them are lovely and they even have indoor ones. Can’t wait to come back."

"We loved our experience at Oasis Spas. The staff was kind and explained how everything worked. My only issue was the booking experience. It would be nice if they had real time photos of the rooms so you knew what you were picking. We also booked over sweetest day weekend which required a phone call to reserve. We would definitely do this again."
