"Booked a room at a decent rate for a show in Ann Arbor for our 20th wedding anniversary. Two days before we were to leave I receive an email at 10:45pm saying they've cancelled our room due to "overbooking". In other words, we had paid a lower rate weeks in advance but the big game that weekend was making room rates skyrockets o they kicked us out to be able to gouge someone else. Thanks. That's awesome."

"Our room felt dated. Not sure why. But it was clean. Well lit. Most places in this price range provide some amenities like shampoo and soap. A clock. I'm not sure why hotels think it's better to use cheap toilet paper when you need to use a half roll just to wipe. I would still recommend the hotel. The kitchen was well stocked."

"We spent 4 days on this property, booked thru another site . All of the pictures are false advertising. It’s a dump for the following reasons: -Lack of personnel at night in case of an emergency. Our key wasn’t working and no one at front desk. -No response before you check in requesting anything. -False advertising of the property. -we were asked to get our own linens & pillows from the back of the front lobby. - no extra blankets available -Lack of cleanliness in lobby bathrooms & kitchen in our room. -Lack of kitchen utensils, cups amenities that a kitchenette has. -No housekeeping -Only one iron for entire property -Lack of response during our stay for anything we asked. This property was a homeless shelter during COVID you can tell it’s deteriorating and not a real hotel. The interior of our room was unacceptable for the price . The property is not at all suites for families. Lacks comfort and attention to its guest. Do not stay here ."

"Pool CLOSED for the season. TV Cable had been ripped out of the TV and can't be plugged in. We borrowed their pack'n'play for our baby to sleep in, but the main bottom supports are broken, so it keeps collapsing. The desk staff are nice, the breakfast was good, the room was tidy. The pool closure was the major blow - it was 80% of why we chose this place so my kids could play while I worked from the room. If you're here to let your kids swim in the pool, BOOK ELSEWHERE."

"Had a great time. Nice location, room was way bigger than we thought. Clean enough with a number of nice ammenities at a great value. Quite good. The only two problems were that door handle to get in the room was loose and in need of repair, and it was difficult to get to the front desk at night (turns out there is an unlocked back door you can get in after the front is locked). Neither is a deal breaker by any stretch."
