"I pay $80 a year for road service and tonight my doors were frozen. I called for service and I was told AAA doesn't unfreeze doors!?"

"Not my insurance company anymore, (over 35 yrs!) way too expensive! Found insurance for same coverage for half the price! My agent retired and I was never informed, and nobody could care less!"

"Went to this branch to get my International Drivers permit as AAA is the only place was suggested to do from the .gov , waited in line for almost 15 minutes ( one person to serve everyone) she approached me with the question if I have a membership, which is I don’t have for millions of reasons, she asked if I am interested and I replied no , she told me to set aside until she serves the member’s first???? Really, is it first come first serve?? There is no sign stating if you are not a member we don’t appreciate your business!!! It’s sad to see businesses have this mentality, she could convince me to join the club with her kindness but she chose petty ."

"I actually interviewed here years ago and just remembered the experience and wanted to share. I was only 16 at the time and they had called me to set up an interview. I picked out a respectable outfit. I had a long sleeve button up and pencil skirt that just covered my knees. The first thing the interviewer said to me was that "that's an interesting skirt, you look very skinny." and I remember feeling awful after that. like why are you commenting on the body of a 16 year old during an interview. I decided to purposely interview poorly because I already had issues with what could have been my coworkers. I answered basic geography questions incorrectly just so the interview would end sooner and luckily they never called me back. Hoping there's some new management and people working there now."

"I was in the office last week to buy 3 tickets to the Magic Kingdom. Me and my daughter was on the phone for 2 hours after not being able to register our tickets by the computer. My daughter was on one phone talking to My Disney Expience, I was on another call with AAA, only took me 5 calls to get to the right person to help me. The reason why we couldn't register the tickets the vouchers didn't have the right bar scan number. I lived with a disability. I was having anxiety because I couldn't get the help that I needed until I got the right person and told her how I was feeling. If you never had anxiety you wouldn't know how I was feeling. It's easy for your office to take my money and tell me I'd must go on line to register my tickets. I am very disappointed in your service. Been with AAA for years and years. No happy at the moment with AAA and the stress you put me through. Not all elderly with disabilities can go to the computer and register without having problems."
