"This is a great park. It has a lot of native Oak trees that the neighborhood was actually built around. I suspect a few of the trees in this park are over 100 years old. It is interesting too that the developers in the 1920s (old Rosedale) and in the 1950s (the State streets and new Rosedale) did not cut the trees down. Also, the park is illuminated at night. The playground equipment is new as well."
"A fine small park with several play structures. Adjacent to an elementary school (Grant). No shade by the school, but on the north side there's another playground in the shade. Beware of the mud during spring."
