"I wonder what they do to their open bottle room that's outdoors when it starts to snow? Never mind they leave it open All winter long, I won't be bringing my bottles back here for the rest of the winter, Kroger must hate its customers to put an outside pop bottle area without being able to close it when it gets negative degrees. Not to mention I've been here over an hour today and told an employee that their bottle area was filthy, has about four or five carts of trash and nobody will come out to empty it or pick it up! The outdoor bottle room would be great if this was somewhere like I don't know, Florida or Texas, what Michigan is too darn cold for that!"
"Nice store however personnel are not customer service trained. Extremely poor in customer service. Cashier overcharged for steaks. I went to the customer care counter no one in the area. I called the store for service. When someone finally acknowledged the phone was ringing I explained why I was calling. The woman directed me to cashier lane 9. Upon arrival to the cashier I explained why I was there. The manager who was at the lane Morganna was extremely rude, unperfessional and told me I have to get in line. I explained I was already in line and was over charged for my steaks. Rudely and abruptly she rolled her eyes and with an attitude told me to get in line if I wanted service. After standing in line 20 mins or more again, Morganna left the area and cashier Megan waited on me with the same unprofessional attitude. I just returned my purchase and if I had the rest of the groceries I purchased I would have returned it all. I will NEVER shop at this Kroger again. These employees need to go through customer service training. My I suggest "through the customers eyes" I will shop at Aldi's, Meijer or Walmart as opposed to ever shopping at this Kroger in Livonia again"
"The recent renovations brought a well needed improvement to this store, but the parking lot design is trash. Does every handicap spot have to be extra large, van accessible? Also, the lane to the south of the handicap spots has no cart return. You expect people to walk through another aisle to return their cart? It's no wonder there's always loose carts floating around this corner."
