"Place never has handicapped carts and all the staff say it's because "people steal them." If people steal your carts so much that doesnt mean you stop having carts, it means you start paying attention to them and change your procedures for cart practices. Went in today and they've got a new row of stupid computer screen & camera doors on coolers so they can show advertisements over the items. No money for the handicapped customers but infinite money for intrusive advertising and surveillance. Absolutely shameful."

"Pickup is never on time, constantly calling to delay when I’ve picked a specific time because that’s what works in my schedule. Will mark items as out of stock but I walk in the store and they’re on the shelves. Once they wouldn’t let me take my food even though they had it ready because they said the system was “down” and had no eta for when it would be up. Terrible customer service. I’ve gone back to Plymouth for pickup, it’s a drive but it’s well worth it"
"Overall clean location, decent selections. I thought the map of Michigan was the coolest part. You can see where some of the local products come from. I hate self check out but I give them credit for keeping it organized. There were still cashiers as well so I of course always go to those lines."
"I've stopped in a few times and honestly thought I left a review already. If you shop during peak hours (between 4-6p) or even close to closing ... I've experienced super long lines and few lanes open. Not sure why this location operates this way, but it does. However, the selection is on point, the store is usually pretty clean and the staff is friendly. Parking spaces are difficult to find at times. When I shop here, it's usually either curb side or grabbing less than five items."
