"I love the reorganisation of the store. I do not like that item prices are often not displayed on the monitor during check outs by cashiers unless I ask. I do not like that sales receipts are checked during store exits. Please get better security that does not impose on the customers!"

"Slouching, laughing, GOSSIP. I decided to ring my things up at self check out. Because the norm was going on.....chatting and phones on the floor. Yes OLDER MATURE people were doing their job. ANYWAY i scanned all my items in the midst of me doing so a young lady walked up and YES she did say excuse me BUT she did not say GOOD MORNING "let me do this/that really quick for you". She just came over did SOMETHING to the screen and walked away then i continued to scan. That was RUDE and i didn't even know what she did or didn't do to my purchase. THEN continued to mouth to her peers like nothing happened. Thanks Wally world for the 6am-7am experience☺️"

"The store has staff just sitting around no one greeting you at the door but atleast 5 employees sitting in the handicap carts at the door entry. Trash literally placed in parking lot where cars have to maneuver around…and once staff are made aware they respond with they know, that they’re going to wait for night staff to come in. Disgusting and unprofessional"

"I received a text message that my order was ready for pick up 3 hours prior to me arriving. The pickup here is by far the slowest pick up experience I've ever had. I literally waited 40 minutes before someone brought me out my order, which was only 2 small toys. I attempted to go inside to pick up the order, however, pick up inside wasn't an option. After I attempted to go inside after waiting forever, I called and the employee that answered the phone had no idea what was happening, and proceeded to tell me, "I just got from lunch, I don't know what's happening. I'll check though, give me a min." Well, that bites that you work there and don't know what's happening, so who does? If pick up inside isn't an option, then some what of a speedy service has to happen. There is no way someone should have to wait almost an HOUR before they get their order. To say this is ridiculous is a compliment. I completely understand the prices are AMAZING, but that is no justification as to how slow the customer service is. Either get a better process for pick up, or have an option for inside pickup. The owner of this particular location needs to do some sort of evaluation of the pick up process to see if it's up to some sort of standard. I would've gave this review 1 star, but the price of the items gave it a boost."
