"I visited the store in Utica a couple of days ago and was very impressed by the organization of everything. It was the neatest I've ever seen a thrift store. I've been there before but this time was exceptional. Someone spent a lot of time getting things put where they should be which had to be difficult the way people throw things around. Kinda like picking up after kids. (No offense to the kids, adults can be much worse!!) Thank you, whoever is responsible. It's refreshing to see. I'll be back."
"There are many decent items here, selection is updated daily. Prices are good on most items, sometime higher than should be for certain items. Management here is greatly deficient and lacking, as it is reflected in the employee turn over rate and the store being under staffed always. The place is always in a constant state of clutter, disarray, disorganization and dirty. Sizes of clothing are mixed, and I once over heard a manager telling an employee, to arrange clothing by color and not size. Recently men's and women's were mixed in together on the racks rather than having their own racks. Some of the employees really need to keep their religious comments to their self. Not everyone shares or has the same beliefs as they do!"
"I’ve found a few nice items within the store, I feel as though they have better pricing than the other thift stores I’ve been to in the area. My issue with the store is the individual who’s checked me out at almost every occasion I’ve been to the store(Jen I believe is her name but I could be mistaken but she’s got a shorter Bob haircut and a tattoo sleeve) Towards me the responses are very cold and short but towards my husband and child she was very friendly. I noticed it’s happened every time, I won’t be back to the store. I’m not saying that the woman is discriminatory but that’s the vibe she gives off."
"This is one of my favorite Thrift Stores!!! The store is well organized and clean. I always find beautiful items that are REASONABLY priced. Every time I have shopped here the staff has been Awesome. Thank You Ladies and Gentlemen for being OUTSTANDING and providing great Customer Care. You are very much appreciated."
