"Is this a normal experience or am I missing something? I ordered a Christmas tree from At Home last week and that was the worst experience EVER!!!!! I had the text saying my order was ready. I go to the store and tell the lady (who I’m assuming was a manager) so she brings my tree in a basket with someone else’s order. Now, I watched her give other customers their online orders and all they had to do was walk up and give their name. When she brought my tree she asked for my ID and I told her it was in the car but I had the text with my order number. She says she can’t release my order until I show her my ID. The audacity! I literally watched her give 3 other people their order without an ID. So I walk to my car give her my ID and I have to carry this 7.5 ft tree to my car to the middle of the parking lot by myself because she had someone else’s things in the cart. I will never shop there again unless someone can explain to me why I was IDd."

"Pretty much have a whole bunch of stuff for your home. I took a lot of pictures so you can get an idea. Lot of Halloween stuff out and fall stuff which is cool one of our favorite seasons and holidays. They really need to put a sticker on their products that is not impossible to get off."
