"Went in to return a baby shower gift. Was told can’t get cash back but instead a gift card. I spent 245 on items in the store. Was profiled the entire time while scanning items with my fiance. Lady with red burgundy hair, glasses and a neck rash continued to come over without being asked. Made comments like “can I check the book bag?,I DONT WANT YOU TO GET HIT”. As if we were stealing. She said this 3 times during our time there. It’s one thing to be doing your job but to notice that you aren’t doing the same with other individuals and making weird comments which are racist is UNACCEPTABLE!!! We won’t be back but I want something done about this so no one else has this experience."
"Arrived at the lakeside target drive up at 7:03pm. There were no spaces so the app instructed me to put on my hazards and park by the drive up area. That’s what I did. After 2 hours of waiting I pulled into a numbered space where I continue to wait. I saw multiple people get their orders before me. Some people were going inside because the wait was so long but came back empty handed and continued waiting so I continued waiting for another 1.5 hours. Tried to flag down workers but refused to look in my direction. After all the cars had left I was the last car there. That’s when someone finally approached me. They asked for my name and got my order. They said my order didn’t come up on the system despite me having a code and everything. I tried calling multiple times while waiting and the phone either hangs up on you or rings and rings and no answer. Finally got my order at 10:40pm. Almost 4 hours of waiting."
"Now I know why I don't shop at Target. I Shop with cash. I went to Starbucks to buy gift cards had to put them on my debit card They don't take cash for gift cards. Went to get in line at the self checkout. I needed help at the self checkout just to pay with cash! That's kind of nuts. Won't be shopping at Target again anytime soon.."
