"Updated review **After delivery** Updating to 4 starts (Service 3 Starts & Furniture quality 5 Starts) We just learned that the store has three types of delivery and we were charged the expensive one without explanation. We never received information about the options and costs. We were told that we would receive the living room and pillows in the same delivery. I was told by the delivery company that they don't deliver pillows. I called the store, and they said to me that I needed to pick them up in the store. After a few hours I received a call from the delivery store manager. Brian was nice and he told me that I would receive the pillows in one week. That it was a mistake. The delivery company built the living room in a hurry. So, some cables were not connected and didn't align it correctly. ------- First review ------ We visited different stores and this one has better quality and fabrics. The sofas are comfortable and they offer months without interest. BJ was attentive and supportive and he offered different options for the living room. Good store for sectionals living room!!"
