"I love this brand ever since i had my son but the staff here could really use some better customer service skills. Some look like they dont even wanna be there and give you an attitude. I went to pick up a package that was sent to the store and they were closing and the doors were closed but i knocked just to ask if i could still just get it handed since there was nothing to pay for and the girl wouldnt come to the door she just kept saying its closed. Well i could read the store hours and knew that it was closed i just simply wanted to ask a question and she just kept shouting across the room "its closed" and she saw me standing there for a while instead of coming to the door to see what i wanted. I worked in retail and i wasnt trying to shop when their closing or closed already i just needed to get a package and i came from far away. So another day i went to pick it up on their normal hours and another girl attended me and simply just handed it to me she didnt even have to scan anything or use the register! That just showed how lazy and rude that girl was bc she gave me an attitude too. Never going shopping there in person again."

"I unknowingly walked into the store with about 5 min until closing yesterday and I know from working in retail that that is just about the worst thing to deal with but you would've never known because the staff was beyond helpful and friendly and never tried to shoo me out once. It wasn't until after I walked out that I realized the store was closed. I'm sorry! And what a great lesson in patience and customer appreciation - thank you."

"My mother in-law bought shorts too big. I was going to exchange for a smaller size but they didnt have the size he wears in store. I decided to just return them, but didnt have a receipt. The girl at the counter told me i needed a receipt to return something. I asked if i could just get store credit and was told "NOT WITHOUT A RECEIPT" exactly that, and that was it. I said okay, and left not thinking "i never heard of a place that wouldnt return something for store credit" I get back to work and find out that their return policy says they will GLADLY take returns without a receipt for store credit so I call the store and the girl tries to argue with me and say she told me...IF you told me don't you think i would've returned my shorts? She did not tell me. She was TOO lazy to return them and just sent me on my way. FIRST, i work for customer service & the customer is ALWAYS right, so the fact she tried saying "I DID TELL YOU" instead of apologizing was wrong. 2nd, i wasn't trying to be a pain in the butt because complaining honestly doesn't get you anywhere. I politely asked for a manager who tried to tell me their store policy is to return it with a receipt until i mentioned i looked up the RETURN policy. Nothing bothers me more than people that are too lazy to do their job. Good thing THERE IS a million other children clothing stores so i will not waste my time shopping there until they get more educated employees that know their return policy and care about their job."
