"I recently bought a large, wooden TV unit from here that came already assembled. Jeremy, the manager of the furniture department, was awesome. He and his team helped me wrap it in plastic for protection, and then loaded it into the back of my SUV so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping. Amazing customer service! Can't thank them enough."

"During Christmas time, Macy’s wasn’t opened yet, right across the street, I saw Marshall’s. The lines moved really FAST, some sales were great but the clearance items were only marked down a little. A really busy store and the employees will help you if you need it. (that’s the best part)"
"I love this store but hate the lack of efficiency. They don’t pay their employees enough which has caused the shortage of workers and the line that wraps around the store. I’ve stopped coming here because I can’t stomach waiting over an hour for a few items. Please start being good to your employees and raise your hourly wage so the store can function properly."
"Lines are too long but as you approach the check-out, you are herded through a maze that has a million things you don't need.... but buy. Thank goodness their return policy allows those with buyer's remorse 30 days to decide!"
