"I always have issues with this pharmacy. I only go there because I literally work at Walmart, but I'm working on moving all my prescriptions to another chain entirely because the people here are so damn unhelpful. I do get an occasional nice tech or pharmacist, but tech Beth has screwed up my order before, saying that I was given months worth of my prescription and I never did, and i literally had to threaten going to our security coach to have them believe that I didn't take the medication and just "forgot it in my car" as she told me I did. Today, I have been trying to get a refill for that same medication sorted out because Walmart showed I have some mysterious insurance that I do not have, and beth refused to do anything to help me, or call Medicaid as other techs and pharmacists have in the past to get it sorted out, and I found out today that apparently they have been refilling my medications not through my insurance but telling me that theu have been, which is why my "copays" have been so much, because theyre not actually using my insurance. Beth was incredibly rude over the phone today (and in the few times I've had the displeasure of having her in person/through the drive through) and she kept cutting me off while I was speaking, being incredibly rude and condescending when I was asking for help or for them to try and help me figure out how to get this sorted or to help me get any sort of solution, and she basically told me "there's nothing I can do, it's your fault and you need to fix it, I can't help you" and gave me no direction or help whatsoever. And when I told her that I needed some sort of direction here because I have only 1 insurance, and my insurance is telling me they also only show 1 insurance, and Walmart is the only one showing a second insurance, she just cut me off every single sentence to tell me that isn't her problem. While I do understand that insurance is a pain and that the patient needs to be the one to contact insurance usually, if I'm telling you that I've literally just gotten off of the phone with my insurance, they're telling me they only show them and they want the pharmacy to give me information or give my insurance a call directly and you refuse? That just makes you unhelpful and rude. I'm so done with Walmarts pharmacy, and as a fellow Walmart employee, that is NOT how we treat our customers. I hope Beth gets a new job because obviously working with the public is not for you! I can't WAIT to get my prescriptions transferred so I never have to go to this embarrassment of a pharmacy again."

"I'm giving it 5 stars to make up for all the people that want to give it 1 star and cry about it online. If it's that bad go somewhere else."

"They are consistently out of my insulin...Happens minimum 4 times per year. But...I have to go to Walmart because Walmart has a contract with Lily (Insulin manufacturer) Walmarts contract caused OTC insulin to skyrocket in cost everywhere BUT there. This should be illegal...But somehow it isnt. On one of my most recent visits...I went to the drive thru...Told them what I need...They sent the canister so I could send them payment. I sent my debit card through...They went to lunch. My debit card and insulin didnt come back. When I went inside the Pharmacist was eating his lunch behind the gate. Did nothing. So I had to stand there and wait for a half an hour while this dude stared at me eating....Knowing full well that my insulin and debit card were still in there. This caused me to be late for work...and have to skip a meal that I need to eat before work. Unfortunately for us diabetics...Walmart has monopolized the insulin market...For us uninsured...we have no choice. And this is the result. This contract has to be illegal...and Ill contact lawyers to open a class action against Walmart. This has been the case for 10 or so years...Enough is enough"

"I ordered my refill over text on a Tuesday and it sent a text back saying it would be ready the next day by 2pm. I went back on Wednesday night to pick it up and they said it was out of stock and it wouldn’t be ready until Friday. I went back on Monday to pick it up and it was in stock, but wasn’t ready. So I had to wait there for 20 minutes for them to fill it. I just recently went to refill over text again and it said my prescription wasn’t valid anymore. I changed my pharmacy! Do not recommend."

"Zero stars for me. I just had surgery and only get 7 day supply of pain meds then have to get a refill. Well whoever the pharmacist is today wont fill it. She said I'm taking to much which mind you it's for 7 days and it's been 7 days. I know how much to take and i follow the instructions. I don't take more then suppose to. This place just lost me for a customer with all my shopping needs. She said if i don't like it i can go else where. I'll definitely be going else where. Never going here again"
