"I received multiple messages saying my script was ready, then when waiting they said, " we have none in stock"."
"Came to pick up my script 2 hours after I was sent a text & they didn’t have it ready. I was told I could “go do something else” or get back in the line full of cars. I was also asked if I wanted to pay out of pocket or use my insurance. What kind of question is that? I was told it was cheaper with my insurance than what I was quoted (that’s how insurance typically works) but when I came back to get my script it was not cheaper. The staff needs to get it together here."
"I was trying to find a prescription cough medicine that was out of stock at my local Meijer pharmacy; I called this Meijer pharmacy and I was told they could not tell me over the phone if they had that medicine in stock."
"The pharmacy staff is nice but a lot of times they have to order my medication, which can cause problems with my health since it’s something I need daily. I have been cutting my dose in half for the last few days before my appointments now just in case they don’t have my medication in stock. Other then that, I have had no problems with this pharmacy. Plus gotta love them mPerks"
