"I have had terrible experiences with free standing CVS Pharmacies due to miscommunication, unorganized processes and a staff that lacks a sense of responsibility to the customer. However, the CVS pharmacy inside Target at 23 mile and Gratiot is clearly managed differently and it shows. The staff, particularly Kim, really makes me feel like family. She consistently looks out for her customers. Even when she is working by herself, which seems like 3 out of every 5 times I go, the customer never feels any strain or stress from her. She is always patient and positive. She makes the customers feel patient too because we know we are being taken care of. Employees can truly save a brand and Kim does just that. I have heard that Target trains their pharmacy staff when the CVS is located in their store...someone at CVS needs to model what Target is doing and implement it across the chain."
