"went to this location for 12 years. on the 21st of December we where picking up some fish. the young man at the resister, was VERY sick he even stated he was taking medication. after taking our gift card, and picking up the bag of fish to scan them.. he was touching everything. on Sunday the 24th we started to fill sick, went to doctor on the 26th. was tested positive for Covid.. they need to look at employees more closely. could've cost someone there life..."

"The staff at this location was super nice and very helpful, I definitely will visit this location again just because of the employees at work there. Other than that it's your typical PetSmart and pet supply store. Because of the economy the prices are to be expected. But the store was very clean and again, customer service is everything to me."

"I cannot seem to communicate with the top manager of this store so I am reading other reviews here and am that John is the manager. Hi John ! I’ve shopped this gratiot road chesterfield mi pet smart for a few years and have always found helpful employees when I can’t locate an item . June 1st , 2023 at around 4:30pm I had trouble locating a dog bed and looked for an employee to help me The first person I found was a red head a red head and her response was that the item I was looking for she could not look up because I didn’t have a sku number Do you have a sku? Well I can’t help you although I had the name brand of the item She also told me she’d never heard of Value Cuddler Paws Dog Beds @ 11.99 I asked to speak to the manager her response I am the manager I took her word for it was not able to purchase 2 days later I arrived to purchase dog food and found this dog bed on the outside aisle in a bin I found her “the red head manager” and tried to tell her and she mocked me and even greeted me at the door as I left telling me see you next month It’s was June 3rd so not sure what she was talking about John ? I’m reading you’re the manager Just wanted you to know"
