"Very friendly. We shop here a lot for our bearded dragon. Mainly crickets. If you sign up for the rewards program you will receive coupons for 10 free crickets after you buy so many. Also the dog wash area is very easy to work and nice. Over all very good store. Just be careful on the other pet supplies they can be a little pricy unless there is a sale."

"Every since the "new owner" took over the customer service has gone down the drain. I came in to use the self serve dog wash on ny long hair shephard. They have have to start the machine and timer. It would of been nice to know the dryer is broken before you turn it on and walk away without bringing towels. Just 1 issue of many in the past 18 months."

"I liked this store it was very nice and clean and the cashier went out of her way to help me but it's so expensive here I really wish you could come down on the prices plus I buy Iams dog food for my chihuahua and everytime I have can here you never have it in stock all you had was the big bag"
