"Horrible, horrible, horrible. I had a Pharmacy for about 5 years, they sold out to an On-line deal. I didn't want my meds shipped to me from who knows where. My Doctor said to send my Prescription electronically to HENRY FORD on 23 Mile. This was TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 20. I went there on Wednesday to pick up my medicine and they told me I could not get them filled there. This is 11:30, the day before Thanksgiving. They couldn't have picked up the phone and called me? My Doctor was off until Tuesday, everything is closed today and they just didn't seem to care. I'm completely out of my medicine. They could have simply called me or my Doctor on Tuesday the 20th,(when he sent them at 10 O'clock in the morning) and I could have not been in this situation. Just plain lazy and borderline malpractice on their part."
