I received no phone call advising me that there would be a delay in shipping the medications I need. When I called to inquire about the order, it was met with absolute disregard, disrespect, and lack of professionalism and understanding. When I asked for a itemized paid bill to submit to my flex spending account, I received a generic paid receipt that did not even have the company name on it to show it was for pharmaceuticals. If this is what the customer service aspect of this company is like, I must say it is difficult for me to trust the integrity of the pharmaceutical aspect of this company. I will never do business with this company again."
