"While installation cost is included, when you buy a set of tires, which is a good thing - they will refuse to install tires sizes that deviate from OE recommended size. They would rather send me off on no thread on my current - „right“ sized - tires, than putting the porposely larger ordered set on the car. I did my research and made sure I order a size, that will fit on the stock vehicle without scrubbing. And of course they realized that only after 1,5 hours and the wheels had already been taken off."
"I have been a regular customer of this Costco for around 12 years if not longer. I have used this tire center numerous times. One thing I have noticed over the recent years is the tire center staff have become very unfriendly. They are rude and intimidating. They make me feel like I am asking for a favor and at their mercy. They seem very unhappy that you are there. They used to be friendly but not anymore. I understand they are busy but that should not be an excuse to behave this way to customers. Last couple of times I took my car to commerce Costco tire center where the staff are very friendly and you can have a conversation there. I was reading some other reviews of this place and it looks like many people share the same feeling. Costco must do something about this if they really care of their customers as this seems to be an issue with their tire center staff only."

"Broke my keychain, didn’t offer an explanation or apology, wait time was long but I understand they were busy so I wasn’t upset about that, but the worst was I get my car back and the balance is even worse than when I brought it in! I would avoid this place. honestly, I’ve been a member for 3 years and usually customer service is great but I will not be going back to the tire center."
"Overall horrible experience. Extremely long wait times, with no updates to the status of your job. While most employees are super friendly and courteous, a particular individual by the name of Sam will go out of his way to make it the worst possible experience for you, regretting going there in the first place."
