"Today I tried to pick up my dogs prescription on my day off when the pharmacy was open. I was turned away because I was trying to pick up the prescription a day "too early". It is Saturday. The pharmacy is closed tomorrow, on Sunday. I work on Mon, Tues, & Wed until after the pharmacy closes. So my dog gets to be without his pain meds for 5 days because of the pharmacist. Thank you so much! My dog, aged 11, thanks you, as well."

"Use this pharmacy for my dog's medication. Apoquel, 30 tabs for $70. Cheapest I can find around and I'm not even a member. If I were it would be $10-$15 less. Getting it at the vet is $3.50/pill. Meijer pharmacy quoted me $87/30 tabs. It's worth the hassle of the parking lot and people shopping to go once a month and get my refills. Only thing that keeps my dog from licking his paws off."

"Terrible experience! The attendant Kathy R. did nothing but saying “I can find your prescription”. I provided all the information she asked, but the only thing she would say is NO NO NO. The problem? My name is too long (blame me!), reason why she couldn’t find my order. And after going there twice and spending almost one hour on the phone trying to understand what was going on, no apologies from this lady that even suggested I was lying about being the for the second time!"

"The staff at the pharmacy failed twice to contact my doctor's office. First they sent a text message asking if I wanted them to handle my refill. I answered yes. A week later I called to see if the prescription was refilled. They told me that they have not contacted the doctor's office yet but will do it right away. I called a week later, they unapologetically gave me the same response. This time they simply told me contact the doctor's office myself. Why do they even offer services that they don't care to provide?"

"I've been going here for years and it's for two reasons: Price and the helpfulness of Colin. Otherwise, it can be pretty frustrating going here with the crowds and parking. But my biggest gripe, and why I'm in the process of transferring my 'scrips, there are two many delays in filling them, and I just discovered the reason why: Many orders are filled at a central, metro location and delivered to the store! So, if something goes wrong like it did the other day (weather, which wasn't bad), you're delayed. And if the central depot is backed up or lacking your meds, further delay. Sometimes it can be 4-5 days to fill. I'm going to Amazon, great prices and they bring to me!"
