"Here's a list of Kroger's Core Values: Honesty, Integrity, Respect, Diversity, Safety, and Inclusion. The new pharmacist, Abdullah, aka Andy, violated all but one of the listed values. I've met toddlers with better ethics, more class, stronger communication skills, and far more decency than Abdullah. His abusive language, (including the use of profanity towards a minor), is only the tip of the iceberg. Pay attention to how your prescriptions are filled here. You may receive far more than you're supposed to, or far less. Pay attention to the cost as well; be sure you're charged correctly. Trust is a top priority at the pharmacy. So is effective communication. Both have been compromised here. The only thing Abdullah, aka Andy was able to communicate effectively, is that he's an idiot. Don't be deceived. Be warned. There's a pharmacy on every corner; switching is easy."
"Very bad. 5/14/20 about 3.34pm. Woman with short two tone brown/lite brown hair and glasses. Med build about 5'6. Name tag backwards where you can't see her name. Very rude. Asked me my birth date 4 times in a very few minutes. Giving me a hard time about my script. Not sure what was wrong with her. But she definitely got issues. Or maybe to close to those scripts. I've now transferred my scripts to a different pharmacy unfortunately. Because I did like shopping there while waiting for my scripts."
