It is not acceptable to have the pharmacist answer the phone, fill orders, help customers who are picking up their scripts or to answer questions. It is not possible for one person to wear all these hats??? Your customers are going to seek out other pharmacies that have enough employees to service the customers, You need techs to help the pharmacist???? Simple"
