"Ms Monica is probably one of the most unrealistic, unlicensed & unprofessional business owner I've ever come across. Pursuing a business degree myself and being an owner of 2 business, I can't see how she's still in business. She is good with kids, but not so much with handling situations or interacting with parents. I had to ask her multiple times for incident reports each time my children were injured there. That should just be a given. Her expectations for how her daycare is ran (that's unlicensed) is something else. She expects to be paid for 14 personal plus all Holidays, her birthday (2 days) plus her sons birthday (2 days) while being closed. She also expects to be paid when your children cannot attend (whether it's a Family Emergency, Medically related or her own reasoning). She terminated my son with autism and provided no notice but expected me to give her a 2 week notice for my other son when I found somewhere else for him. if you have a child with autism, forget taking them there, she will immediately throw in the towel and terminate them after their first melt-down and give you no notice to find someone else. Lastly, and I'm sure there's much more beyond this, but she allowed a child into the daycare with pink eye. She didn't notify any of the parents of this. Several days later, she tells me, "your son might have pink eye" I looked it up, at the time, didn't appear or look like it and no fever was present with him. Parents should have been notified. Why someone would allow another child in with pink eye so that a 1 year old had the opportunity to catch it us beyond me. There is no voicing your opinions with her. It's her way or the highway. When you disagree with her, be prepared for her to terminate your children with NO NOTICE but you're expected to provide a 2 week notice or YOU will owe for those 2 weeks. It's all one way standards with her!"
