"Had a pay by month membership but the company said I'm not eligible to cancel my membership because I'm under contract. I even sent the agreement and they are determined to keep charging me. Had to block this merchant from drawing from my bank account. It's absolutely ridiculous. I've had the membership for about 6 months only going a couple of times but it's too far from the house. The actual gym is fine. It'd just the part that they try to keep charging you. Even lying. Also it gets a bit crowded there."

"I love this gym really but a $30 late fee is absolutely ridiculous. That’s just as much as my membership. I got a new card and didn’t update my information so now they are charging me $70 for an accident. It actually made me think about not going here anymore because wow it was an accident and now I have to be charged double. I called to see if they could fix it the fee and they said there’s absolutely nothing they can do about it. I have been going here for years, so definitely disappointed."

"It would be awesome if you could turn down the obnoxiously loud music. Almost everyone has headphones in there, and it’s deafening to the point I can’t hear my own music through my headphones. Also , please update the “athletic shoes required at all times “ sign. It is clearly outdated since y’all don’t far care people are walking around with their gross socks all over the place . Thanks"

"Just had my complimentary personal training evaluation. It was amazing and tailored to what I told the trainer my goals were. I’ve had evaluations at a couple other gyms over the years, and this is the best one by far. One evaluation I had in the past was done by a trainer whose mood made it seem like he was questioning his life choices. Another evaluation, the trainer literally laughed at me because I was struggling with the exercises she had me doing. Neither of those evaluations was tailored to what I told the trainers my goals were. The trainer at Edge Fitness explained and fully modeled each exercise for me. She also watched me perform the exercises from all angles and corrected my form. I’m really excited that I joined Edge Fitness. I’m really going to see results here."

"Look it’s a good gym. Everything you could possibly ever dream of, nice staff, etc. I was there for 2 years and had no issue canceling my membership, smooth and easy. The reason why I cancelled it was because it’s so overcrowded at times. I’ve seen lines for a squat rack in this gym numerous times. It’s good but I would plan specifically to go super early to avoid the crowd."
