"The location of the Mil Community can't be beat - it's on the main corner of downtown Auburn Hills, MI. The building is spectacular - very clean, and quiet with high ceilings and an elevator to get you up to the top floor where the residential apartments are located. The apartments are spacious and modern. I highly recommend the units with the balconies...as you can see and hear the downtown Auburn Hills concerts from your apartment balcony. There's a wine bar and brewery downtown, and a new Mexican restaurant opening soon. The staff and other tenants at the Mil Community are incredibly kind - always going above and beyond to create happiness among the community."

"I loved living at the MiL! Downtown Auburn Hills is something special and being able to live in walking distance from everything made it even better. This was by far my best apartment living experience. Modern interior, new appliances and high ceilings. Rent and utilities were very affordable."
