Rue Versailles

"My experience with Rue Versailles are not what I Expected. The unit I saw through a friend was updated, and mine is not like hers although the ser up is nice. I dont think they consider who they're meshing together when matching families in units. I hate parking and I have issues with getting my tub reglazed after it starting chipping a couple of months after moving in. They don't hesitate to charge you for anything and not accessible for communicating within a timely manner."

"Overall Great experience at these Nice and affordable apartments .. Located in a quiet community and Management is always helpful for any questions and concerns that you may have .. Kinda like your staying in your own little Beverly Hills !!!"

"I love it here moved in August 2020 and no issues a few loud neighbors other then that nothing bad to say. I love that the 10 mile bus stop coming from woodward is litterally right at the entrance. Haven't met Kelly yet even though I probably seen her a few times not sure."

"Writing this with high hopes of the place continuing to be turned around...after being led to believe that I'd be moving in September 1, 2019, I wasn't given a unit until October 1, and the manager at that time didn't even show up for the signing appointment and a manager from another property (Al, who was awesome) had to come and do it for her. My unit had a whole bunch of unaddressed issues after I had been told that it was fully renovated and ready to be lived in...that being said, under the new management (Kelly as of early October 2019), all of the issues that were previously overlooked have been addressed and fixed in a timely manner as well as to the best of her ability in terms of more difficult items. Kelly is constantly going above and beyond for her tenants, she has a huge property to manage and still makes sure that everything is running as smoothly as it can all while doing MAJOR damage control on the account of the laziness of the prior manager. The place itself is in a great location and the neighborhood is nice, it has just been extremely mismanaged until Kelly came about. With the way things are going currently, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable comfort."

"I have been living here since February and my experience has been pleasant. I have not had any bug problems and few tenant problems. My one bedroom apartment is spacious and I have a nice size bathroom and walk in closet. I have an assigned carport. Some minor irritations would include tenants guests parking in my carport but that has only happened about 2 times. Over all, I feel these apartments are better than most apartments in the area and are reasonably priced. I've been researching other apartments in the area, and I think I may renew my lease here if my experiance here remains pleasant."
