"I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I have lived here twice in two different units. My first time living here was 2019-21 no issues but management and office staff has changed MULTIPLE times since then. This second time has been extremely unpleasant. Apartments completely outdated and need renovations. Everything literally just falling apart. Blinds falling off just from walking past. Front closet door and bedroom closet doors came right off track. It was fixed and came right back off. Bathroom towel rack fixed twice came right back off. I recently had two mice hiding in my bedroom and coming out at night. I had to go get traps and catch them myself. Pest control did nothing. They only put bait down and could not figure out the source of where MICE came from. I believe they somehow traveled through the vent which pest control confirmed is a possibility. The icing on the cake is the horrible interaction I just had with the leasing office. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AS ALL GET OUT! My account has been all over the place for the past few months. I came into office to get clarity on the discrepancy on my account. They were rude and condescending. They were talking in circles giving me random information that makes no sense . They got upset with ME because I became frustrated AFTER they argued me down about how I was missing a payment when I have proof and know exactly what had been paid. I left to calm down and I was able to figure out ON MY OWN exactly where the discrepancy is . When I went back to the office to show where they were wrong and how they were still missing a portion of a payment I made. They were still RUDE unwilling to have a reasonable conversation and go through the ledger with me. They cut me off multiple times and would not allow me to show where they messed up. They kicked me out of office and threatened to call the police on me which is extremely LAUGHABLE because although I was frustrated I never once threatened anyone or called anyone out of their name to even warrant someone to call the police. Outside of maintenance request I’ve never even had to deal with the office so what a joke! We were unable to come up with a solution so I now have to reach out to corporate .I was literally bought to tears out of frustration. As a PAYING resident it is extremely disheartening to be treated that way. ZERO customer service skills. Please save yourself the headache of living here . As you can see it has a 2 star rating for a reason."

"Living in this place was just okay. It has pros and cons to it, but more cons. When I first moved there the people above me had kids that would drag things on the floor which I could hear in my room which was aggravating. But I must say it was two things I did like while living there, for one people don’t pick up and steal your Amazon packages they either leave it there by the front door or they put it on the inside of the door. The other thing I like is that it was not loud in the area I lived. Back to the cons so within my first year there I noticed a sour smell which I assumed was mold/mildew and I notified the leasing office, the receptionist first asked me what do I suggest them do then proceeded to say she could put a ticket in but she don’t think anything could be done. Now it’s year three and the smell got worse and me and my roommate both contacted the leasing office someone came out a month later after contacting them and sprayed some kind of chemicals on the ceiling and it went away. I showed the maintance man where I seen problem as in wet spots and he said “I know what that is but I want to tell the office” I was like oh ok that was the last I heard from the maintenance man. The last year was easy going until January of 2024 came and we got our bill, it showed me and my roommate was on month to month without notice so when we called they said we didn’t renew our list, so I asked to talk to the property manager and we emailed back and forth and told her I could come see her after I’m done wi the school and she agreed and told me to come after school, so when i went to the leasing office, she was not in the office and i asked the receptionist was she in a meeting and she said no she left for the day, i was in shocked because she told me to come the said day and when i showed she wasn't there nor did she contact me to tell me she wasn't able to make it to the meeting. that place is unprofessional, and i wouldn't recommend living there. On top of all this, they decided to charge us an extra 5 dollars a month for pest control that I have not seen in 3 years. only camera they have are the cameras around the perimeter of the apartments and by the leasing office. mind you they do have apartment complex on the inside to where you have to walk along the sidewalk to get to the apartment."

"This is my second time living in the loop. My first time i moved here in Feb 2022 and stayed the full year until Feb 2023 , loved the people that were in the office before , there was security riding around every night, maintenance was always riding around working, you could call the office and they actually answered. my neighbors were really sweet quiet never had any issues. The gym was open everything was normal. I moved out Feb23 due to personal issues and moved back Sept 23, i spoke with the loop (New management) beginning of Aug 23 about moving in. 2 days before my move in date they called and told me my apartment wasnt ready and would be ready the following monday, which was very upsetting because i had planned everything out for my move in date. ended up taking almost a month for eveything to be ready for me, however they did accommodate me and everything was fine. Living here now for 4 months and its disappointing how much this apartment has changed. There’s no longer any security rudinv around at night ,the maintenance hardly resolves issues. My mother and i were told that I would be getting a new toilet upon moving in by the maintenance manager. I’m four months in and still have not received a new toilet. There was just recently a snow storm, and they did not shovel or plow any snow, hardly put salt down. There is one washing machine to every building and the washing machine that I have in my building does not work and I have told them about this issue. The neighbors for the most part are OK. The one under me always plays music all day 7am , 12am doesnt matter to them . It’s like they dont work. They leave trash by the front doors or on the outside on the porch. it just really really has changed. I went from recommending Loop to people to telling people to stay away. Most likey wont be renewing."
