"I went to the Huntington Parc Townhomes to tour and was truly blown away by Elaine Stein, who is the leasing consultant, as well as the amenities and townhomes available! Elaine was so kind and helpful - she is the consummate professional. The amenities feel like you are in a beautiful hotel - from a beautiful meeting room/kitchen, to a business center, to a pool, to a workout room, and even a racquetball court! It was winter, but I could also see the pool and bbq area were gorgeous. The townhomes really have tremendous value at the price they are charging. Three floors, two bedrooms, a nice size living room/eat in kitchen area, and modern kitchen, a nice bathroom upstairs with the two bedrooms, and an unbelievable basement with a bonus room and washer/drier. I was impressed!"

"I’ve been living in a beautifully renovated unit at Huntington Parc Townhomes since April 2022, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location is a real gem – conveniently situated right off 696, making it easy to access places like Royal Oak and Ferndale. The staff at Huntington Parc, especially Elaine and Jacob, have been nothing short of amazing. They are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Any concerns or questions I've had, they've handled with care and efficiency. Maintenance is equally impressive, always fulfilling my requests quickly and with a smile. It's reassuring to know that the team here truly cares about the residents' well-being. Overall, I can't recommend Huntington Parc Townhomes enough – it's a wonderful place to call home."

"The management is terrible. They tried to move me into an apartment sight unseen that was drastically different from the model they showed me. It wasnt even clean. When I finally got a satisfactory apartment, it was infested with centipedes! Then the dining room window leaked when it rained and ruined my things. I moved out and returned the keys and asked for a walk through move out inspection they said they don't do that which I thought was odd. I left them my forwarding address & I took pictures to prove the place was in good condition and sure enough, they kept my security deposit with no explanation of why (illegal), and a year later they pop up on my credit report with bogus charges. Never sent me any correspondence or explanation of the charges. Their game is to ruin your credit so you'll pay whatever charges they manufacture to fix it. Currently working with local media and BBB to expose them. Beware. They are shady."

"This place is very expensive, very filthy, mold everywhere, bugs that never seem to go away no matter what. They raise the rent with no upgrades. Me & my mom had a horrible experience with the property manager. My mom reported trash & a porter potty full of poop, she was told it's duly noted, no apology, no I will come take a look. Rashard said this. Don't rent here, it's not worth the hassle. those 5 star reviews are fake, everyone is moving out of here. They are installing windows, they have two day's notice that we can not park in the back, where there is now porter potty's, glass everywhere & trash. Come ride by before renting. very ghetto, dirty & poorly managed."
