"Living here is hell. Been trying to get in contact with maintenance about the drain and still no response . Tub water will not drain out . It’s been over a week of us having to constantly remove the water ourselves. Rent here is $1000 . The least y’all can do is respond. It’s actually horrible. Miles."

"They are very unprofessional and they are big liars the owe me $200 after telling me they were going to refund the money again they told me I didn't go looking for it they still never refunded the money don't trust they word cuz they are not going to keep this all started cuz Doris was post to call me and tell me my final move in cost a whole week goes by and she doesn't call that was a big red flag for me cuz that's not how you do business you took my money and ignored me for over a week I didn't want to move there after because now I can't trust you I wasn't initially looking to get the 200 back because that's usually non-refundable then I finally talk to Doris said her boss told her to refund me the money I'm like cool that was over a month ago and surprise surprise no money and can't get in contact with anybody they sent me an email saying it takes 10 days for a refund well it's been over a month so what's the excuse now they don't do good business and I can't recommend anybody does any business with them"

"I have lived here for 9 months and p until now I have had no issues and have enjoyed living here. However, today I have a very disturbing interaction with the property manager. I was corned the minute I stepped out of my car after work, she was rude from the very first sentence, made false accusations and then ignored physical evidence that contradicted her claims. In my opinion, residents should not be blamed and then harassed when management makes a mistake such as losing paperwork. I understand she is new to the position and inherited the mistakes, but her approach to the situation was extremely unprofessional. I cannot wait until my lease ends in a few months so I can get out of here."

"When I first moved here 2020 rent was 750 then it increased to 863 now it’s $1,100 ! Totally not worth it the area is nice landscaping is great along with maintenance, but if rent is going to keep increasing at least include some utilities(tenant is responsible for all utilities) update the apartments to central air vs plug in air conditioner, update the bathroom it’s the famous color tiles from back in the day! Update the kitchen appliances or something! Time to look for a house."

"James is a lifesaver , he came when I called and got me taken care of ASAP ! I can enjoy my soaks once again! Definitely a 5 star maintenance. I’ve been @ Oak Park Gardens for 15 years and he is by far the best maintenance person they’ve had."
