The Oaks on Lincoln

"If you want to be stressed and annoyed please move here! They don’t offer any support at all from the leasing company, you only get two parking spaces and your guest will have to park on the street. The rent is $1800 plus and it makes sense to buy a home versus pay for rent at this cost. I purchased a home and instead of applying the home buying clause, they insisted that I pay mortgage and rent for 2 months! This company only cares about money and nothing about the benefits of you! Take your home seeking journey elsewhere because the oaks of Lincoln is horrible!!!!!!!"

"Nice apartment complex with plenty of green space and very friendly staff. There was plenty of storage space both in the unit and in the basement. Walking distance to Kroger, Aldi, Rite Aid, and Chase. Everyone working in and around the complex was polite and helpful. This complex was my best experience in a long time. I moved out of state for work or I would still live here."

"Been here 8 years now. Lori and Mark are the back bone for this property. They want you to feel at home here and my family does. Lori helps me out with the office stuff and lives on site. So you know she cares. Her husband can be seen around the property picking up trash and making sure the dumpster areas are clean and in order. Mark is the guy if it's broken he will get it fixed for you. These folks have always found a way to take care of me and my family. Can't"

"The Oaks on Lincoln is a wonderful community to live in. The neighborhood is very safe and my neighbors have all been friendly and welcoming. The townhome I am currently renting is very spacious with lots of closet space! I have also noticed that management works hard to continue upgrading services as time goes on, our kitchen was redone within a few months of moving in, and I am very happy with the results! The leasing office manager is very nice and addresses complaints and maintenance issues efficiently and effectively."

"I have enjoyed my time at the Oaks on Lincoln. Lori takes care of me on the business end and even here husband helps maintain the grounds. He monitors the dumpster areas and picks up the trash around the property. Mark addresses any building maintenance very quickly. He has even helped me out after hours a couple of times. The staff here is fantastic and is probably the reason I stay."
