"Outwardly the premises appear to be well kept & orderly , the public front of the building is . The back parking lot is basically ignored—- dirty, tripping hazards (rocks, broken bottles& trash, uneven pavement). It is not well lit &no monitored security safeguards in place , it provides little protection for those returning or venturing out after dark. Marijuana smoking & parking violations are an every day occurrence after dark & on weekends . Cameras that capture these images & violators would greatly improve our sense of safety & well being . Thank you for at least asking for our opinion."
"I moved into this complex very recently. It has been an excellent experience. The people are very friendly, the building is quiet and secure. Mrs. Pamela Jenkins is very attentive, happy and always willing to help in any way she can. It is a pleasure dealing with people who care. Mrs. Jenkins and her team are awesome! This is a wonderful, very clean place, inside and out to live."
