The front office staff, especially Jennifer, have been incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the move-in process seamless. Jennifer goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home, whether it's remembering your name or promptly addressing any concerns. The maintenance team is top-notch; they respond quickly and efficiently to any issues that arise. The sense of community here is unparalleled, and it truly feels like home. If you're debating whether to move here, stop reading reviews and just take the leap—you won't regret it. The Gem Apartments are truly a gem!"

"Jen was amazing showing us the different floor plans and all the amenities the apartment community has to offer. Beautiful luxury units with open floor plans. We found our new place that day after exhausting searches in other areas. Great location with plenty of things to do within close proximity. We are excited to call the Gem our new home! P.S. did I mention free high-end coffee/cappuccino machine available 24/7! A++"

"After spending weeks looking for a home I stumbled upon "The Liv" now known as Gem. I came and toured the property and instantly fell in love! Yes, the property is beautiful and the units are updated but Jennifer made the whole experience seamless and her communication was and still is my favorite thing about living here. Coming from a downtown community where it was almost impossible to get in contact with the management its a breath of fresh air to be able to pop into Jennifer's office and be treated like a top priority! The staff, management, and location make this one of the best places to live in Michigan!"

"We lived here for almost 2 years and if it weren’t for us needing more space I could’ve stayed forever. We loved this community and all it has to offer. Jen the property manager has done an incredible job since she started and has been so helpful when we needed literally anything. We were so sad to go but can’t wait to stop by when in the area. Would recommend living here for anyone looking for an awesome, clean, safe complex to live in."

"Hallways smell of pot and trash since "valet trash" is left out of resident doorways, management promises not kept, hallways not kept clean, security gate broken for months. They owe me money because apartment was not delivered when scheduled and yet, they sent my account to collection because I refused to participate in the valet trash program. After reading the reply, I had to edit! I received one notice. I sent the collection agency receipts for EVERY month of rent paid on time. The money owed to me from management because my apartment was not ready when promised was never even addressed after Rubin's initial offer. Ridiculous practices and shoddy management with poor communication skills. Examples of how the hallways were treated and my apartment livingroom, two months after move-in because promised garage was not delivered...could not entertain or decorate for the holidays!"
