"Just needed a quick getaway. Walking in the door, I was greeted by a very cheerful voice, Felicia was very kind, helpful with absolutely hands down, great customer service. If I had a question, she had an answer. Felicia needs a raise and promotion A.S.A.P. The next morning, I went down for breakfast she greeted me by my name and asked if I was enjoying my stay? Being in a management position for over 20 years. Felicia is definitely a keeper and wishes her the best in all that she does."
"For now, I feel the hotel is quite decent, but there might be some flaws or shortcomings. The entertainment system on the TV is good with Chromecast, but channel selection is not rich. The entertainment system on the some room is not working to fix it. The TV screen does not show anything after several minutes. Some shift manager dismissed the issue before switching the room. I see staffs are trying to serve and care guests well. Unfortunately, indoor pool is not open right now. I feel that the answer of this review seems to nudge me to modify mine as positive."
"Annette and GM Liam are the best. Very kind and hospitable and I love the cleanliness of the hotel. Rooms are very clean, beautiful, and modern. Movie theater and restaurants/bars pretty much on the same property."

The manager, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs truly stood out. "I stayed in Hyatt for a business trip. I have stayed in other hyatt, but this one did not feel good/up to the standard and It was the Staff for me. The rooms were good but towels and soaps were rationed. At night the staff was missing at the counter, waited for quiet a bit. tried looking around. Most average breakfast. I thought I was experiencing this only during my stay but I did not receive my bill, so call in to get a copy, there too the conversation felt stiff. Hope there was politeness and courteousness to these conversations during and after the stay."
