"Gave them a 4, even though we had a miserable time there. - Staff was great (a 5), especially lady at the breakfast area that went back to the kitchen to provide us a nice breakfast, because we missed the designated free hotel breakfast times. - Room was clean and very nice. One negative was the 500 lb closet door, that you could hear someone else slide open or closed from 5 rooms away. - Maybe I'm wrong but it seems reasonable to me that a hotel should walk the halls every hour or so at night, to quiet down super loud rooms, like the one next to ours. And when guests checking in appear to be the very loud type (like 2 adults with 4 wild little kids or 4 22 year old guys all with full coolers), you would give them a room away from guests that look like they would prefer some peace and quiet (childless couple that doesn't appear to be checking in to party there). You may not judge every guest correctly, but for the most part you could, and satisfy your guests a lot more. The crazy loud family in the room next to us, kept us up to about 1 AM with all there racket, and pretty much ruined our stay."

"Upon arrival I provided a card for incidentals. I was told that card declined. I knew I had the funds on the card and ran it again. I was told it declined again. With it being late I just provided another card. The next morning I noticed a hold was placed on both cards. My daughter went to the front desk and was told there was nothing that could be done; it’s a card issue. Only one card has been released as of today. Our first room was issued on the 3rd floor. My daughter tried taking a shower and after 7 minutes the water still did not heat up. We called front desk and were moved to the second floor. The desk clerk met us at the elevator and told us because the hotel was not at full occupancy to allow longer for hot water to heat. Hot tub was disgusting. There was mold in the corners and a ring of dirt floating around. The rest of the hotel appeared to be well kept. The employee working breakfast in the mornings was very snappy and moody. She talked to her self about being frustrated with the job. I was very disappointed and considering I was there to visit my father who was on life support made my trip harder."

"I’m a big Hampton Inn fan. And the preferred hotel for our family. This one was a huge disappointment! The initial poor front desk service should have been a big indicator on how the rest of the stay would be. Wasn’t able to get extra pillow or comforter for the sofa bed - was told they don’t have any extras? 2.5 days without hot water in the shower - every time we called (dinner time) we were told it’s because others in the hotel are using it at the same time and that maintenance went home for the day so no one can check - no maintenance workers in a hotel after 5pm?? - our bathroom/hallway light didn’t work - it’s either they are both off or both on - when I called front desk they said sorry and there’s a night light in the bathroom?? So you either go in the dark or wake everyone up with the lights!! The pool was always locked - but on 2 occasion we saw a group of people (looked like large family) in the pool but the door was locked - so not open to all paying patrons. Breakfast wa decent for being complimentary."

"Decent rooms. Beds and pillows are nice. Room is more quiet than nearby Holiday Inn, but still too noisy for me. Fortunately had mostly quiet neighbors. Staff is good. Breakfast is typical hotel style, no healthy choices and not great tasting. TV n dining area blasting the news very loud. Pool always seemed murky."

"Loved this place. Will be back to the area next month and plan to stay here again. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but both looked clean and good order. I was super pumped about the breakfast the reviews hype my expectations. Sadly they were not met at breakfast. However my room was clean sheets and bedding clean and the bathroom shower big hot and again clean. Walking in to the place it was so clean it didn't smell like a hotel. Staff was all very friendly. Best part is the later check out here!!"
